Each session, lasting around three hours per model, is a detailed process where we tailor designs to recent photos from our models—ensuring every set is unique. This approach prevents duplication and allows us to evolve our skills continually, offering value through mini courses. Taking breaks like self-massage before bed and paying attention to posture during training, such as keeping my back straight during catwalk practice, help me maintain both mental and physical wellness. These moments of self-care are vital for sustaining my energy and motivation. Reconnecting with my community through free live classes is something I’m excited about.
