Habits to help you glow up and feel better!

These are the thing I try to do on a daily. They have helped me in many ways! I used to be a very closed off person who was always sad and negative. Always worried about the next day and not being enough! After years of it I finally had enough and I found all of these things helpful. I also found god( I’m not pushing it on you even tho he is a pretty cool guy). No one’s perfect and glowing up isn’t always about the face masks and the outside. Make your soul happy! I know it’s hard, but the hardest part is that first step! (No really I mean it lol)
