I started to see change in my abdominal, WASIT and saw pounds drop, when I made these changes.

.

👉🏽 I was not fueling up myself enough with protein

👉🏽 added new supplements to my routine to help me with gut, fat burning to support my hormone at my age - our bodies change overtime

👉🏽 light cardio and more lifting - worked myself from 2lbs now at 10lbs

👉🏽 learn to have a relationship with food 🙂‍↕️ took a bit but now I’m at a better place

👉🏽 I was not paying attention to added sugars so had to seriously watch I was intanking and I was shock when you added it all up 🫣

👉🏽 hitting 10k steps a day (that’s 5 miles a day - if you are not here yet that is okay. 1 mile at a time)

👉🏽 water water (add electrolytes as needed while fasting)

👉🏽 👉🏽 sleep sleep 💤 omg this — I cannot stress enough about. You must get in a full 6-8 hrs of sleep

My own 'HOW I TRANSFORM My Body' journey wasn't about quick fixes; it was about consistent, sustainable changes that truly made a difference. One of the biggest eye-openers for me was realizing I wasn't fueling myself enough with protein. I used to think I was eating enough, but once I focused on incorporating 'High Protein Food' into every meal, I noticed a significant change in my energy levels and satiety. Think beyond just meat – I started adding Greek yogurt to my breakfast, cottage cheese as a snack, and making sure my lunches and dinners included lean proteins like chicken, fish, or plant-based options. This shift helped me build muscle and feel fuller longer, which naturally aided in my weight loss glow-up. Supplements also became 'must-haves SUPPLEMENTS' in my routine, especially as my body changed over time. I researched and found ones that supported gut health, which is crucial for overall well-being, and others that helped with fat burning and hormone balance. Of course, always consult with a healthcare professional before adding new supplements to your regimen, but finding the right support for my body's needs was a game-changer. My exercise routine also evolved. I transitioned from feeling intimidated by weights to confidently lifting 10lbs, starting from just 2lbs. This gradual progression, combined with 'light cardio and more lifting,' sculpted my body in ways I hadn't imagined. And it wasn't just about intense gym sessions; hitting '10k steps a day' became non-negotiable. I use a smartwatch to track my steps, and seeing that 10,607 step count and 5.11 miles was incredibly motivating. For beginners, remember the 'STEP Tips': start with what you can manage, even if it's just an extra mile, and build up gradually. Every step counts towards a 'Healthy Lifestyle'. Learning to have a healthier 'relationship with food' was another critical aspect. I used to view food as an enemy or a reward, but I slowly learned to see it as nourishment. This meant paying serious attention to 'added sugars.' I was genuinely shocked when I started reading labels and adding up how much sugar I was unknowingly intaking. Making conscious choices to reduce these hidden sugars made a huge difference in how I felt and my progress. It's not about deprivation, but about making informed choices. And let's not forget the basics: 'MUST HAVE ENOUGH WATER' and prioritizing sleep. I always have a yellow insulated tumbler filled with water by my side, and I add electrolytes, especially when fasting, to stay hydrated. And 'sleep sleep 💤' – I cannot stress this enough! Getting a full 6-8 hours of quality sleep dramatically impacted my energy, mood, and even my body's ability to recover and burn fat. It’s a foundational pillar for any woman's glow up transformation. My 'before after glow up transformation' wasn't linear, and there were days I wanted to give up. But by consistently making these small, impactful changes, I began to see the 'AFTER' results I dreamed of. It's about making 'MAKE Healthy habits' that stick, understanding that change is hard but incredibly rewarding. My hope is that my journey inspires you on your own path to a healthier, happier you. You truly can transform your body and glow up, no matter where you're starting from.
