A stage play called "Life."

Have you ever been?..We took a picture of a luxury meal in front of us, adjusted the filter until it was beautiful, and pressed the post with the caption:

'Happy Sunday. '

But in truth, are we tired at that moment, or are we worried about tomorrow's work?

We live in an age when 'the image of happiness' is as important as' the inner feeling 'or sometimes...It could be worth more than real happiness.

A lot of times we spend a lot of energy 'staging' lives to look good in other people's eyes. We try to prove that we have an enviable life. We go to cafes for pretty pictures rather than for coffee flavors. We go on trips to check in rather than for leisure.

The scary question is...If no one presses the like today, no one sees our picture, will we still be happy with what we do in front of us? Or will our happiness depend on the acceptance of others?

Trying to make others see that we are happy is a heavy burden, because the real world is not just beautiful. Life has a day when we look fresh, a day when we cry, and a day when we don't want to talk to anyone.

When we try to hide mediocrity or suffering just for fear that others will see us as unsuccessful, we build a prison to lock ourselves in, we become actors who cannot find their way off the stage, and that is the beginning of empty happiness.

Happiness really doesn't need a witness. It's peace when we sit and sip a quiet tea alone. It's a small pride that we've accomplished a difficult project. Or is it rolling around in bed on a rainy day without posting to anyone?

Try reducing the effort to 'look happy' and then increasing the effort to 'feel happy' more? Allow yourself to be an ordinary person with both good days and bad days. Because when we don't have to tire about proving ourselves to the world.
