A love letter to ourselves.
In a fast-paced, clockwise-like world, many times when we accidentally take other people's rulers to measure their success, we look forward to our shoulders, asking ourselves repeatedly when to reach that point, when to be perfect like everyone else...Until we forgot to look back at the distance we passed
Let's pause and look back and see that from the beginning of that day until this minute...How far have we traveled?
-
1. Already good...That's been through a difficult day.
Remember the day when we thought "I can't do it anymore"? The day when the problem seemed to collapse, or the day when we were "Silent Screaming" in our hearts alone, but today we're still standing here, breathing, and ready to fight, bringing ourselves through the darkest moments. That's the greatest victory.
2. Already good...That can still keep kindness.
In the midst of a world that is sometimes mean to us, we choose to smile, we choose to encourage those around us, or we choose to sleep and do what we love, which is the softest form of strength. You don't just grow, you grow beautifully.
3. Already good...Even on days when nothing seemed to progress.
Some days life may seem to glimmer like a candle that hopes to extinguish it, or it seems like we're walking around the same place, but you know, "reinvigorating ourselves from falling" on a strong storm is also a growth, keeping the fire in your heart from extinguishing is the most admirable talent.
4. Already good...That dares to be an imperfect version of himself.
We don't have to be a "Superwoman" who can handle everything at once, just admit that today is tired, turbulent today, and allow ourselves to put down some of the burden. That is the intelligence of living. Knowing to retreat, giving us a set of hearts is the key to walking farther.

Telling yourself, "You're good at it," is not to stop trying or to be lazy, but to "add energy" to the mind, because the heart that is grateful has the drive to move beyond the heart that is beaten by expectations.
Today...Try hugging yourself tightly once, or smiling at yourself in the mirror and gently saying, "Thank you for being so good."
Because finally, the person who is by your side every step of the way and understands your sweat best...It's yourself. 🥰
