Let’s be honest. We all could love ourselves a little bit more. We make decisions in our everyday life, big or small, it has an impact on our lives. A while back I was so confident, thought I had everything together. Until few year ago I went through many struggles. I resulted to going to therapy , and the two things she told me to do was….
1. Get more sleep
2. Write a letter to myself
I thought “ why write a letter to myself?”
But I gave it a try, and needless to say… I was a sobbing mess. I wrote it on a piece of paper, and then read it back to myself. I made lots of changes , and now I’m ok.
This is your sign… WRITE THAT LETTER. No matter if it makes you cry, keep it raw, grab that tissue box, and get to writing❤️🩹
