Mother Nature Works too hard for this 👎 treatment🥲
Story time 🙏🏻
I hiked Oberg Mountain for the first time yesterday and pointed a quieter, less crowded photo spot out to a fellow hiker and his college friend group who were heading to the iconic Oberg Lake IG spot. His response? "It’s nothing spectacular." 😤
Some people just don’t appreciate the magic Mother Nature creates for us. 🍂
On a serious note, I know everyone can have their own opinion but it just shook me to my core when I heard it. 😆
If you’ve ever felt the rush to get the “perfect” shot, you might appreciate what I experienced on this hike. I shared more about it on the blog—take a look when you want to slow down and see things from a new angle 🍁💭 (screenshot this blog link: https://shorturl.at/5s8RP )

Hiking has become an increasingly popular activity for outdoor enthusiasts, providing not only physical exercise but also a chance to connect with nature. Oberg Mountain, located on Minnesota's North Shore, offers breathtaking views and serene experiences away from crowded tourist spots. Many hikers chase the perfect photo, often overlooking the smaller, equally stunning scenes the trail has to offer. Embracing a slower pace can heighten our appreciation for nature's beauty and the diverse landscapes we encounter. As we hike, we may meet individuals with differing opinions on the scenery, but that variety makes every adventure unique. The autumn foliage at Oberg Mountain adds a vibrant touch to the experience, making it a prime location for fall enthusiasts. Next time you set out for a hike, remember to take a moment to savor the sights and sounds around you, and you might discover something truly spectacular that goes beyond the Instagram posts.
