2lbs Venison

4 garlic of cloves

1 tablespoon minced onions(dry or fresh)

Pinch of Cayenne Pepper

1 tablespoon basil

1 tablespoon sugar

Salt to taste

Worcestershire to taste

(Add 1/2 cup of water and marinate for 24 hours)

Preheat your smoker to 170 degrees

Smoke for 5 hours
