Things to do in Massachusetts this summer ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️
I recently visited Massachusetts for the first time and was mind blown! So many city’s have famous, historical and monumental attractions here.
What we saw along the way was Horseneck beach campground, Nickerson state park, Barley neck inn, Chatham lighthouse, Whydah pirate museum, Cape cod national seashore, Atlantic white cedar swamp trail, Herring cove beach, Provincetown, Race pointe beach, Encore casino and hotel, Marblehead historic district, the house of seven gables, Wynott wands, Halloween museum and the Rusty Can restaurant.
Cape cod, Boston and salem were the 3 areas we were in.
Cape cod was my favorite! There was SO MUCH TO DO! Beaches, hiking trails, food, shopping, art galleries, camping and so much more!
Boston had a lot more to do but we just stayed at the Encore hotel and casino. It had stunning views of the harbor and was a luxurious place to stay for a night. I hope to go back someday to visit more museums and historical spots.
Our final stop was in salem. There’s not a whole lot to do or see in the summer but they did still have plenty of museums, restaurants, and stores open. As much as I would love to see it in the fall I can’t imagine trying to find parking and a place to stay in that smaller busy city.
Massachusetts was truly worth taking the time to see and if I ever get the opportunity I’d be happy to visit again!

Theres also a cool place called old Sturbridge village. When you go there you get to experience what it was like living back then and sometimes you get to try the food that they make. They also have people there that dress up like pilgrims and teach you about the past.
