How I Stay Skinny And Toned

Im so serious when I say that losing weight and keeping it off is super easy. You don’t need to fast and you can still eat yummy food! I don’t care what people say it really is about calories in and calories out, nobody is a magical exception to that. If counting calories doesn’t work for you it’s probably because you aren’t tracking them correctly. Another mistake I see is volume eating. Unless you have a binge eating disorder you don’t need to eat 4 cucumbers in one sitting to lose weight. Stop stretching your stomach and training yourself to eat huge amounts of food. Just because the entire tub of ice cream is 200 calories doesn’t mean you need to eat the whole thing right now. You don’t need to cut out whole food groups either, just fit your sweet treat into your day. If you know you won’t work it off then know you won’t lose weight either, it’s super simple. If you can’t run, walk. if you can’t walk, crawl. if you can’t crawl, do a plank. if you can’t do a plank, do leg raises, if you can’t do leg raises, wiggle your toes. Work out from bed, trust me I’ve been there. I have EDSh and POTs, there is no excuse. If you want it, go get it!!

By embracing a balanced mindset and sustainable strategies, staying skinny and toned can truly be simple.
