Starting my day with a routine that keeps my skin clean, hydrated, and protected ☀️💧 This routine is super simple, budget-friendly, and perfect for people with ADHD because it’s easy to follow and not overwhelming 🤍

💚 I cleanse with a gentle hydrating cleanser to remove any overnight oils without stripping my skin.

💧 Then I go in with hyaluronic acid for that extra boost of hydration (this step makes my skin feel so plump!).

✨ I apply niacinamide to help with texture and keep my skin looking smooth and balanced.

☕ A little caffeine serum under my eyes to wake up my face and reduce puffiness.

🍊 Vitamin C serum for that natural glow and to brighten my skin over time.

🧴 Lock everything in with a lightweight moisturizer to keep my skin soft all day.

☀️ And of course… sunscreen is a MUST! (SPF 70 for extra protection 💪)
