Don’t have much to post rn but I figured I’d share the progress I’ve made with myself and how im accomplishing it. I’m a very empathetic person and i often put the needs of others before myself because im “strong” she says. But even so, the strongest heroes can’t defeat their toughest battles without looking into themselves. So I decided to create a spidersona dedicated to how I see myself now. She will grow into the woman I want to be and that is one with boundaries and good self-esteem. Somebody who sees the charm in her quirky personality and hobbies instead of glorifying her physical appearance to an over extensive amount. I’m drawing the role model for myself and using her as a template for how I should proceed in life. Our body’s our temples and react to its treatment, sometimes in ways we’re unable to physically see until it’s too late. I’ll continue to share as I continue this journey. #spidersonawellness
