Every Sunday, I like to take some time to do a full resetānot just cleaning my physical space but also my mental space. The phrase "Come clean with me!" really resonates here because itās about more than tidying up; itās about clearing out stress and preparing myself for the week ahead. A Sunday reset can be as simple as a deep clean around the house, organizing your belongings, or even setting out your clothes for Monday. I find that having a dedicated time for this helps reduce those Monday jitters significantly because I start the week feeling organized and calm. In addition to physical tidying, I include some self-care rituals like a warm bath, journaling my intentions for the week, or spending quiet moments with a cup of tea. This kind of intentional Sunday routine sets a positive tone for the days to come. Since itās summer, I also focus on refreshing my skincare and wellness habitsāsometimes called a "summer glow-up." This means drinking enough water, getting fresh air and sunlight, and perhaps adding a face mask or gentle exfoliation to brighten the skin. Iāve realized that Sunday resets arenāt about perfection but about creating spaceāboth literally and figurativelyāto breathe, recharge, and prepare for new challenges.
