The baby also has sleep regression. ðŸ§ļðŸŦķ

Sleep Regression is a time when the baby normally sleeps well, but suddenly has a change in sleep behavior, such as getting up often in the middle of the night, getting harder to sleep, or getting shorter in the day, which is common and part of the baby's critical development.

âœĻ 4 months 6 months 8-10 months 12 months

How to cope

- Create a regular sleep routine, such as bathing, eating milk, telling bedtime stories, going to bed for a daily time, teaching day-night.

- When you wake up in the middle of the night, gently comfort you or slap you on the back, but don't carry it. You have to be hard to bear the cry for a while. I'll be tired because I didn't sleep.

- It's important to be patient and understanding. It's just a short period of time. You're evolving to adapt.

This house was found when you were four months old, and I slept very well, and I woke up in the middle of the night every hour, crying for hours, lulling myself to sleep harder, and the day was shorter, and the mother was shocked.

Has anyone met a child like this? What month have you met? 😅

Infant to toddler transition 💛
My 11 month old has been eating and really good for a while but recently started only wanting his bottle. I think it has a lot to do with his sleep regression, so many things he is learning and his growth right nowâ€Ķ There are days he will eat and days he will just throw the food on the floor so we

Tips to get through the 4 month sleep regression
The sleep regression stages are SO hard! The best tip I have is to stick to a schedule and let them sleep wherever they will. Carrier naps have always worked so well for us and puts my baby to sleep immediately! I also swear by the babyshusher!! If you don’t have one, I highly recommend getting one

How to Get Through the 4 Month Sleep Regression ðŸ˜ī
If you’re in the thick of the 4 month sleep regression — I see you, and I’ve been there. The wake-ups, the short naps, the overtired baby (and the overtired YOU). It’s tough. But you’re not doing anything wrong — your baby’s sleep is just changing, and it’s actually a big developmental step.
