The Matcha Latte of De whaeng Lumsalee is quite soft, easy to drink, mellow (Creamy & Balanced), not intense, aggressive or bitter (not emphasizing the Umami / Savory tone or the thick seaweed tone).
The overall catalyst of this glass will focus on:
• Body tenderness: The base blends perfectly with milk. It is smooth, milk does not cover the tea, and tea does not jump until the throat is bitter.
• Soft fragrance: It has a good degree of green tea freshness, suitable for people who like to drink matcha on a chill line or want a relaxed drink, can sit and sip during work or reading.
👍🏻 advice: If you like matcha style easy to drink, each mun is not bitter and astringent, it is considered the answer. But if you like it in a thick, viscous or bitter style, this glass may look a little light for the brutal line.

สำหรับคนที่ชื่นชอบเครื่องดื่มชาเขียวมัทฉะ ลาเต้ที่ De whaeng Lumsalee ถือเป็นตัวเลือกที่ดีมากเพราะมีรสชาติที่บาลานซ์ดี ไม่หนักไปทางความขมหรือความเข้มข้นจนเกินไป ทำให้เป็นเครื่องดื่มที่เหมาะกับการนั่งพักผ่อน หรือจะจิบระหว่างทำงานและอ่านหนังสือก็ลงตัวมาก ผมได้ลองสั่ง Matcha Latte ในช่วงบ่ายวันหนึ่ง และประทับใจอย่างมากกับความเนียนนุ่มของนมที่ผสมผสานกับชาเขียวมัทฉะ ทำให้รสชาติดูละมุนและไม่แห้งขมจนเกินไป กลิ่นหอมของชาเขียวก็ยังสดชื่นมีชีวิตชีวา ช่วยเพิ่มความรู้สึกสดชื่นและผ่อนคลายไปพร้อมกัน สิ่งที่ชอบอีกอย่างหนึ่งคือความกลมกล่อมที่ไม่หวานเลี่ยนหรือหนักนมจนกลบกลิ่นชา เข้ากันได้ดีในทุกคำที่จิบ นอกจากนี้ ผมยังเห็นว่าร้าน De whaeng Lumsalee มีเมนูหลากหลาย เช่น Americano Blueberry cheese และ Matcha Latte pie ซึ่งน่าสนใจมากสำหรับคนที่ต้องการลองรสชาติอื่นๆ เสริมความหลากหลายให้กับการมาเยือนร้านกาแฟนี้ ถ้าคุณเป็นคนที่ชอบชาเขียวมัทฉะเข้มข้นจัดจ้าน หรือเน้นไปทางรสขมแบบเข้มข้น ก็อาจจะรู้สึกว่าแก้วนี้เบาไป แต่ถ้าอยากได้เครื่องดื่มแนวชิลล์ ดื่มง่าย กลมกล่อม ไม่ขมฝาด Matcha Latte ที่นี่ถือว่าคุ้มค่าคุ้มราคา 140 บาท และเหมาะสำหรับการนั่งชิลๆ ในบรรยากาศร้านคาเฟ่เล็กๆ ที่ให้ความรู้สึกสบาย ปลอดโปร่ง แนะนำให้ลองมาเยี่ยมชมเองเพื่อสัมผัสรสชาติที่ลงตัว พร้อมบรรยากาศน่ารักๆ ที่ร้าน De whaeng Lumsalee รับรองว่าประทับใจเหมือนผมแน่นอนครับ
