Gluten free prioritizing Whole Foods
I’ve been gluten free for over 2 years now because of my hashimotos and other autoimmune issues. I thought going gluten free would solve all my problems but then I realized that just because things were gluten free doesn’t automatically make it healthier and a lot of gluten free things were triggering more inflammation making me feel worse.
I decided to try a new way of eating prioritizing Whole Foods and I felt like a brand new person my skin was glowing, my hair wasn’t falling out as much, I wasn’t tired all the time, and my mood was great then I slipped up and ate what I used to & it sent me into a bad flare up that I’m still struggling to get out of so I’ve decided to prioritize Whole Foods again!! I’m not perfect but it’s been 3 days eating Whole Foods for the most part and I feel so much better already!! For added context I have Hashimotos, raynauds, arthritis, really painful skin rashes that get worse with water & sun exposure & a sensitive stomach 💔
What’s on the plate? (Breakfast is my largest meal of the day then I eat sporadically when I feel hungry)
