Whole Foods meal prep💚

I noticed content from @Simplyeverydayliving page on food options. I just moved close to Whole Foods, and this just saved me a lot of time in the kitchen and cooking. I am often challenged with consistently passing out, especially in the kitchen, so this is a great way to have quick options that are beneficial to my well-being.

I’m exploring vegan and gluten-free options due to food intolerances and sensitivities, but that takes time. At the moment, it’s important to ensure I am still filling my stomach. I find this to be helpful—thank you for helping a girl out! I hope your page can help others as well.
