Hey everyone! So, I've been seeing a lot of buzz around Dynamax Grookey and its potential in Pokémon GO, and honestly, who wouldn't want to see our favorite Grass-type starter go giant? While official Dynamaxing isn't a core mechanic in Pokémon GO like it is in the main series games (Sword and Shield), the idea of powerful, temporary transformations is super exciting. Imagine seeing that iconic Dynamax symbol appear above your Pokémon during a raid! My recent raid battle really got me thinking about how amazing it would be if Grookey, Scorbunny, or even a Gigantamax Hatterene could unleash those massive Max Moves. During a tough raid against a Charizard (with its impressive CP 2882!), we had to pull out all the stops. We built a Recommended Battle Party, just like you would for any challenging encounter. My Gengar was ready, and the battle was intense. I was picturing my Pokémon charging up a MAX METER, ready to unleash a devastating MAX AIRSTREAM or FIRE BLAST, just like a true Dynamax Pokémon would! The feeling of seeing 'Dynamaxing in 1...' or 'Max Moves left' count down would add such a thrill to raids. We managed to take down the boss, getting that satisfying 'YOU WIN!' screen and those sweet UPGRADE REWARDS, including +5,000 XP and Golden Razz Berries. It made me wish even more for an official 'Pokémon GO Dynamax Monday' event where we could really push our Pokémon to their limits and try to catch some amazing 'Bonus Challenge! Catch' opportunities. Even though it's not here yet, speculating about Dynamax Grookey and other Galar Pokémon keeps the game fresh and exciting. We might not have Dynamax Pikachu in Pokémon GO yet, but we can dream of the day our Pokémon can truly go colossal! What Galar Pokémon would you love to see Gigantamax in GO?
