This simple yet effective workout schedule consists of various exercises targeting multiple muscle groups, ensuring a well-rounded approach to fitness. For abs, you can incorporate exercises like 25 leg lifts, 25 crunches, and 30 Russian twists to build core strength. Legs and butt can be trained through 100 side leg lifts, lunges, and squats, promoting lower body strength and stability. When it comes to arms, starting with 50 arm circles and gradually increasing intensity can help tone your upper body. Remember, the key is consistency, so learning to fit these short bursts of activity into your week will significantly contribute to your fitness journey. Also, listen to your body. It's normal to feel challenged but pay attention to how you feel during workouts. Modify the routine as needed, ensuring it fits your level of comfort while still encouraging progress.
