What’s coming for me?

7/1 Edited to

... Read moreLiving with a chronic illness often brings a heavy burden of uncertainty and fear, which can deeply affect one's mental and emotional well-being. I've experienced firsthand how challenging it is to face each day without knowing what the future holds. That fear, sometimes described as a constant, suffocating presence, can feel overwhelming, as captured poignantly in the phrase "CAUSE I'M SO FUCKING SCARED." What helps me cope during these times is finding small moments of control and hope. Whether through connecting with supportive communities like those sharing experiences with #chronicillness and #sick tags online or by embracing creativity and expression, such as listening to music by artists like Yungblud who vocalize raw emotions, I’ve found pathways to lessen the weight of anxiety. It’s also important to acknowledge that feeling scared is a valid, natural human response when facing unknown health outcomes. Rather than suppressing these feelings, sharing them openly can provide relief and foster understanding. Setting small, achievable goals helps me stay grounded and shifts focus from what might come next (#whatsnext) to what I can do today. Ultimately, living with chronic illness is not just about managing physical symptoms but also about nurturing mental strength and resilience. It's a continuous journey of self-discovery and courage, where seeking help and embracing vulnerability are signs of strength, not weakness.

TREND COMING BACK??
Does anyone else remember when layered tees were the main fashion trend?🙈 Throwback to my Justice clothing days haha! Don’t get me wrong, I absolutely LOVE Urban Outfitters - but what is this 😅 While it looks comfy and fitting for Fall, I’m not sure I’m a huge fan of this trend making a comeback.
