Hello, everyone! I wanted to give you a heads up that I've been reading your comments, and I'm gearing up to share some workout videos soon!

My first upload will feature my full upper body routine, something I haven't highlighted enough.

While I tend to focus more on lower body and core exercises, I don't want to neglect the upper body, so I'll be giving it more attention along with my active recovery days.

Keep an eye out—I'll likely post my upper body videos next week, followed by core workouts.
