My Soup Base Method-Healthy Meals in 5 Minutes

I make one simple soup base and change the protein and spices throughout the week.

It’s how I eat well without overthinking meals.

If you want easy high-protein meals during the week, let me show you my base soup method.

I make one simple vegetable broth — carrots, celery, onion, garlic, and broth.

That’s it.

Then each day, I change the protein and the seasonings so it tastes like a totally different meal.

Lemon Greek chicken… taco turkey… curry shrimp… Italian beef… even a ginger miso tofu bowl.

Every one of these hits at least 30 grams of protein, and I only cooked once.
