My Mexican Street Corn Snack that tastes Authentic

Whenever I can’t find the Elotero, I make my own esquites. If you don’t know what that is it’s creamy mexican street corn either on a cob or in a cup. For convenience I put mine in a cup.

Ingredients:

-1 bag of frozen corn *pro tip use white corn for more authentic taste*

-Tajin

-Valentina

-Cotija cheese *pro tip get the already grated one in a bag for less hassle*

-Mayonesa (mayo with lime)

Directions:

-Step 1: Follow heating directions on corn bag

-Step 2: Add first layer of corn to cup followed by Mayo

-Step 3: Add a layer of Cotija Cheese

-Step 4: Add a dash of Tajin

-Step 5: Add Some valentina (adjust to spice level liking)

-Step 6: Follow steps 1-5 until cup is full and enjoy!
