I've been using this increase for the first time throughout my overall dress project. It's a simple increase. It's not completely invisible, but it's less noticeable than other increases (front and back, yarn over, etc.). Here is how you do this increase. Where you want to increase, pick up the stitch from below and place the stitch on the working needle. Then knit into the loop. You just did an invisible increase.
