吉祥寺で「韓国料理どこ行こう？」となった時に、私がまた行きたいと思ったのが「ど韓（どかん）」でした。駅から徒歩2分でアクセスが良く、仕事帰りや中央線沿いの飲み会にも使いやすいです。Googleで「吉祥寺 韓国料理」「韓国料理 吉祥寺」「ど韓 吉祥寺」で探している人は、まずここを候補に入れていいと思います。 一番の推しは、やっぱり塩熟成サムギョプサル。オリジナルブレンドのお塩を揉み込んで寝かせているそうで、焼き上がりが本当にきれい。お店の方が表面を香ばしく、中をジューシーに焼いてくれるので、初めてでも安心でした。厚みもこだわっていて、食べた瞬間に「柔らかいのに肉感ある！」となるタイプ。バラ肉でも脂が重たく感じにくく、サンチュや薬味と合わせるとどんどん進みます。 サムギョプサル以外だと、カンジャンセウが想像以上に当たりでした。特製ダレに漬け込まれていて、味噌の濃厚さと身の甘みのバランスが良い感じ。ごはんが欲しくなる味で、飲みメインでもフード満足度を上げてくれます。 あと「セルフキンパ」は、自分で握るのが楽しくて、会話が盛り上がる系メニュー。初対面の人がいる会でも“間”が埋まるので便利でした。さっぱりめが好きなら馬刺しユッケもおすすめで、クセが少なく、ユッケだれ＋卵黄の組み合わせが安定です。 予算感は私は1人あたり3000円台〜で収まった印象（食べる量やお酒で変動）。マッコリもあるので、韓国っぽい気分を出したい日にぴったりです。混みやすい日もあるので、特に週末は予約しておくと安心。 「吉祥寺で本格的な韓国料理を食べたい」「サムギョプサルを失敗したくない」という人は、ど韓を選ぶと満足度高いと思います。次はランチでも行ってみたいです。
