生ラムの魅力を改めて感じたのが、このお店のジンギスカンです。通常のラム肉は冷凍されてから店舗に届くことが多いですが、こちらの生ラムは空輸で届き、かつ無冷凍。そのため、ラム独特の臭みがまったくなく、むしろ香ばしい香りと甘みが肉からじゅわっと溢れてきます。 空輸ならではの新鮮な状態だからこそ味わえる肩ロースやラムチョップ、ラムランプの豪華盛り合わせは、ラム肉の人気部位を一気に楽しめる贅沢な内容です。肉の脂も軽く、肉本来の旨みがクリアに感じられるため、食後も重くなく、最後まで飽きずにいただけました。 また、無添加の秘伝タレと特製の塩わさびや山わさびの薬味が、ラムの甘味を引き立て絶妙なバランスを生み出しています。個人的には、シンプルに塩で肉の旨みをストレートに味わい、その後タレや薬味で変化を楽しむ食べ方がおすすめです。 さらに、ジンギスカンで珍しい春菊や芽キャベツ、トマトといった野菜も添えられており、ヘルシーさと味のアクセントになっています。低温ラムユッケ風やタン皮ポン酢といったサイドメニューもあり、多彩な味わいが楽しめるのもこの店の魅力です。 私も普段ラム肉はあまり得意ではありませんでしたが、この空輸生ラムはその概念を覆すほど美味しく、ラム苦手な方にもぜひ体験してほしい味。特に、1日3組限定という希少性も特別感があっておすすめです。中野でジンギスカンを探している方は、ぜひ足を運んでみてください。
