Using relatable milestones, like noticing my waist fitting inside a Switch Ring-Con, kept me motivated and made progress feel tangible and fun. For anyone trying to slim down their midsection, I recommend tracking your progress visually and physically through flexible markers—not just scales or measurements. Seeing and feeling changes in clothing fit or being able to try quirky challenges like fitting a game controller around your waist provides real encouragement.
