Hi Ladies, so I have been in school for a long time going from High school and straight into college and now that I have completed college and am thinking of going to school for something else later I’m realizing that I have no earthly idea on how to live besides going to school and working so I need help what are some things y’all enjoy in your daily lives that’s budget friendly but keep you sane from not losing your minds? 10 MINUTE ABS YOU CAN DO ANYWHERE W/SWIFFER PADS
No excuses! This Ab workout was no joke and all I used for it was swiffer pads (you can use anything that slides on hardwood floors washclothes etc) Do each movement controlled and with intention! 3 exercises back to back with no rest in between. After completing all 3 rest for 30-60 seconds
