I prioritize nutrient-dense meals that include a good balance of proteins, healthy fats, and complex carbohydrates to replenish energy and support muscle recovery. This combination helps me feel stronger for the next session and reduces post-workout fatigue. Using apps like the Planet Fitness app to log my workouts keeps me engaged with my fitness progress and motivated to push further. The stairclimber not only benefits my cardiovascular health but also tones my lower body muscles, making it a great full-body workout.
