Don’t ignore THIS about back pain…

Most injuries are SYMPTOMS to the root underlying problem…

The trainable and qualities of your spine are lacking. We focus on the breakdown of the spine but medicine rarely encourages us to thoroughly ask WHY. (it’s not just age or genetics)

Play the long game.❤️‍🩹

... Read moreOkay, so let's talk about back pain – something I know many of us, especially women, deal with. It's so easy to just pop a painkiller or ignore it, hoping it goes away. But after years of just managing symptoms, I realized that my body was trying to tell me something much deeper. What if our back pain isn't just bad luck or aging, but a symptom of a larger, underlying problem? Identifying what's really going on with your back can be tricky, especially with middle back pain. We often hear about lower back issues, but that discomfort in the mid-spine can sometimes be a red flag you shouldn't ignore. For example, if you're experiencing sudden, severe pain, numbness or tingling in your legs, weakness, or changes in bladder/bowel function, please, please get it checked out immediately. These aren't just minor aches; they could point to serious conditions like nerve compression or even issues beyond your spine. It’s not always about a dramatic injury. Sometimes, the pain builds up because your spine's natural qualities are lacking. I've learned that terms like 'DEGENERATIVE DISC DISEASE,' 'SPINAL STENOSIS,' or 'Spondylolisthesis' aren't always the problem itself, but often a result of years of imbalance, poor posture, or lack of proper movement. My chiropractor once told me I had a 'sensitive, hidden, in imbalance, and tight' back – which really resonated. It wasn't just a degenerated disc, it was a whole system that needed rebalancing. Think about it: if your back feels 'tight' or 'unstable,' it's often compensating for weaknesses elsewhere. This constant compensation can lead to what we perceive as a 'bad back.' The real 'disease' isn't just the diagnosis; it’s the chronic stress on your spinal structures. We need to ask 'WHY' these conditions developed, rather than just accepting them as inevitable. So, instead of just chasing the pain, I started focusing on strengthening my core, improving my mobility, and being mindful of my posture throughout the day. It’s about playing the long game with our spinal health, much like the original article suggests. Understanding these hidden root causes has been a game-changer for me. Don't let your back pain be just a symptom – empower yourself by uncovering its true message.

why ignore the foundation of your knees?
You wouldn’t build a mansion on a cracked foundation — so why ignore the foundation of your knees? Most people don’t realize it, but knee pain often starts at your feet. Weak arches, stiff ankles, and poor foot mechanics force your knees to overwork — and that’s when discomfort creeps in.
