「ジェルネイルが縮む」って、最初は私も“塗り方が下手なのかな？”と思ってました。実際はトップやカラーの相性・硬化のクセ・塗布量で起きやすく、ちょっとした見直しでかなり改善できます。 まず縮み（表面がキュッと寄る／端が引っ張られる）を感じやすいのは、①一度に厚塗りしすぎた時、②ライトの出力や硬化距離が合っていない時、③未硬化ジェルが多く残っていて表面張力が不安定な時、④爪先のエッジが薄くて衝撃が入りやすい時。このあたりが体感で多かったです。 私がやって効果があった対策は3つ。 1) “薄く2回”を意識する トップもカラーも、一発でぷっくりさせようとすると縮みやムラが出やすいです。薄く塗って一度硬化→もう一度重ねる、に変えるだけで仕上がりが安定しました。 2) ライトの当て方を固定する LEDなら30秒など規定があっても、指を奥まで入れなかったり斜めになったりすると硬化ムラになりがち。私は手を入れる位置を毎回同じにして、親指だけは向きを変えて追加照射するようにしました。 3) 爪先まで“厚みのあるトップ”で包む ここで便利だったのが、by Nail Laboのプランプトップジェル。とろみはあるのに流れにくく、操作しやすい粘度で、仕上がりに厚みが出しやすいです。薄い爪の人や、爪先が欠けやすい人は特に「エッジまでコーティング」すると持ちが変わりました。クリーンピールオフベースジェルと併用すると、オフのしやすさと保護のバランスが取りやすい印象です。 あと、硬化後に未硬化ジェルが気になる時は、エタノールでサッと拭き取ると表面がすっきりします（拭き取りが必要な仕上がりかは手持ちの工程に合わせて調整）。 ちなみに「イルーシー300 新商品」を探してこのページに来た方へ：新作系は入荷時期や売り場で情報が前後しやすいので、気になる場合は店舗POPや公式の販売開始告知（日時）も一緒にチェックすると迷いにくいです。私は“発売日メモ→在庫が動く週末前に確認”の流れがいちばん確実でした。
