Some people think Selfcare is just one day no you should have Selfcare everyday ! Always take a hour or two just for you.

Self care isn’t just about fixing your hair or having a skincare regimen. It’s about all around care not just external but internal as well. Taking care of yourself emotionally and mentally is Selfcare.

•Working out is Selfcare-Gym or working out at home helps you mentally and physically. Do some yoga and Pilates.

•Meditating is self care. This is very important. Practicing Meditating helps your stress levels and nerves stay calm with breathing exercises.

•Journaling is Selfcare. It’s a way of emptying out all your thoughts. You are expressing your feelings and emotions on paper. This is therapeutic.

•Going to therapy helps a lot. It’s a part of growth and another way of seeing another perspective.

•Last but not least number one is always stay in prayer ! Put God first. Yes praying is Selfcare !
