I've gained so much weight that I genuinely cant belive I let myself get here. I can say a million reasons why but I cant give a reason why I shouldn't be able to change that! I have a boyfriend that's supportive but I know for my health hes on my butt to get in better shape. I need this for me and for my health ans overall to love my physical self I want to be proud of my body, I want to loose weight so I can also habe kids and be able to climb a trail without dying 😂 but overall im going to be on here to show my progress to keep me accountable and maybe I can give someone else some motivation to work out! For instance, I noticed that climbing hills or trails became more manageable as my fitness improved, fulfilling my goal of hiking without exhaustion. Listening to my body and allowing proper recovery time has been essential. The mantra "MOVE FUEL REST REPEAT" resonates with me because all three elements support sustainable progress. Also, embracing vulnerability by sharing my journey openly has brought unexpected encouragement and helpful advice from others. If you’re on a similar path, remember: your journey is unique, and doing it for your own well-being and joy creates lasting change.
