When I faced doubts from others, I reminded myself to take their words with a grain of salt and focus on showing my progress through actions rather than words. Celebrating small wins rather than only waiting for perfection helps keep motivation high. Tracking improvements in small areas—noticing better sleep, increased energy, or improved mood—makes the overall journey feel rewarding.
