Goddess Bath Ingredients

Recipe I used:

-1/2 cup for each of the dry ingredients

-2 Tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar

- Drops of essential oils of your choice - I used a homemade Rose/Passionflower blend. 💖

Mix dry ingredients and combine with bath at 102° to get the full benefits soak for 20 minutes

(I use a pool duck thermometer to get it just right)

Set the vibe with candles, I like a live plant nearby, and a BT speaker playing a sound bath of healing frequencies. 🎶

One fantastic addition for a serene, mess-free experience is using bath tea bags. If you’ve ever wished for all the botanical goodness in your tub without the cleanup, you'll love this! Unlock the Magic of DIY Bath Tea Bags Bath tea bags are pouches filled with beneficial ingredients that steep in your bathwater. I swear by them for keeping my tub sparkling clean while still infusing the water with amazing properties. You can easily find reusable muslin bags or use cheesecloth. Here are some of my favorite blends for a truly spiritual and detoxifying bath tea bag: Calming Herbal Blend: Combine dried lavender, chamomile, and a few rose petals – perfect for inviting peaceful, loving energy. Detox & Muscle Relief: Fill a bag with Ancient Minerals Magnesium Bath Flakes and Maldon Sea Salt Flakes. This duo soothes muscles and draws out impurities, leaving you refreshed and energetically lighter. Skin & Soul Soother: A mix of colloidal oatmeal with a dash of Medley Hills Farm Baking Soda creates a gentle, pH-balancing soak that nourishes both your skin and spirit, helping to neutralize stress. Just hang your tea bag from the faucet as the tub fills, or let it float. Squeeze occasionally to release all the goodness! Deepening the Spiritual Connection with Your Ingredients Beyond physical benefits, each ingredient in our Goddess Bath holds deeper spiritual significance. I always set an intention, recognizing I’m cleansing my spirit, not just my body. Ancient Minerals Magnesium Bath Flakes: Incredibly grounding, magnesium helps release mental tension, quieting thoughts for clearer spiritual connection. Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar & Aztec Secret Indian Healing Clay: I view these as powerful energetic purifiers. They seem to draw out not only physical impurities but also stagnant energy, offering a spiritual reset. Medley Hills Farm Baking Soda: Beyond pH balancing, I believe it acts as a gentle energetic cleanser, neutralizing heavy feelings or stress. Maldon Sea Salt Flakes: Salt has been used for purification in rituals for centuries. I use these to symbolically wash away anything that no longer serves me, inviting clarity and protection. Essential Oils (like rose & passionflower): My chosen blend brings heart-opening and calming energy. Rose connects to love, passionflower promotes tranquility and spiritual insight. Experiment with oils that resonate with your spiritual intentions. Enhancing the Ritual: Beyond the Bathwater To truly embrace the "spiritual wonders" of your bath, expand beyond ingredients. Set Intentions: Visualize what to release and what to invite. Mindful Presence: Focus on warmth, scents, and water. Post-Bath Reflection: Journal or meditate after your soak. By combining these powerful ingredients with mindful intention, your bath transforms into a profound spiritual journey. I hope these tips help you create an even more enriching and personalized Goddess Bath experience!
