Assemble the Eggrolls:

Lay an eggroll wrapper on a clean surface. Place 2-3 tablespoons of the filling in the center. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly. Seal the edges with a bit of water.

Fry the Eggrolls:

Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet or fryer to 350°F (175°C). Fry the eggrolls in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

Serve:
