🍲 Menu Name: Pickled Ginger
🍳 steps to do:
- Prepare light ginger. Wash thoroughly.
-Peel, slice, soak in brine for 10 minutes (this method to reduce the spiciness of ginger), wash thoroughly until the water is clear.
Rest, wash the water, twist the water off.
- Put the ginger in the container, squeeze the lemonade in the pan.
Add marinade (the color of ginger depends on ginger. If light ginger may need a lot of lemon to get the pink color you want)
-Bring vinegar, a little water and boiled white sugar to boil. Rest to cool.
- Take the vinegar that has been boiled until cold. Pour it in the ginger that we have prepared. Soak it for about an hour and you can eat it.
