How Art Heals the Mind
Have you ever been the same? Everyone
When you're stressed, tired, or uncomfortable, you can't tell anyone, and you don't know what to say.
Of course, each person has a different way of charging, such as playing quiet music, sleeping, watching a favorite series, or calling to chat with a friend, but for us, there is another way to improve Mood so much: drawing, or seeing unique or charming artwork. 🎨🖼️
In our busy daily life, many people experience headaches, fatigue, from school, work, or fussy problems, and sometimes the body breaks down. But you know, art is a simple activity that allows us to splash all our feelings through our colors, lines, and imagination. Without needing to draw at the level of an artist, we can get the positive energy and spirit of creation.
So we created this blog to talk about how art secretly heals our little minds.
1.Storytelling through painting
Believe it? We can tell these stories through paintings.
Many times we can't tell what we're feeling right now. It's so persistent. Art becomes like a safe space where no one is judging. It allows us to freely release the emotions inside through colors, shapes, and stripes.
And data from the World Health Organization or WHO also says that artistic activity promotes emotional health and helps us better deal with complex feelings in our hearts.
2. Art helps us stay with the present.
Have you ever noticed that when your hands are drawing, moving your paintbrush, or painting, our brain will automatically focus on the things in front of us, causing us to stop thinking distracted, ending our concerns about the past or the future for a moment? Making art can reduce stress and save our hearts very well on the day of fatigue.
3. Art helps to fill yourself with confidence.
When we create something with our own hands and see a work accomplished, even if it's just a painting, it makes us feel more proud and self-worthy. Many sources confirm that art helps promote confidence, makes us love ourselves more.
A simple example of art that we can create in everyday life.
🎨 Coloring in a Scrapbook: Find a Little Coloring Book, Cartoon Pattern, or Other Like
🎨 Draw a free line according to emotion: Close your eyes and let your hands drag the line indefinitely on the paper according to the feeling at that time.
🎨 Collage: Try cutting old magazine paper paste or cute colored paper scraps to match together. It's fun.
🎨 Write a Double Record with Photo Decor: Use Decorative Tape or Cute Stickers to paste and compose in a diary. Raise eyebrows to make a bad day become a good day.
🎨 Photograph the beautiful things around you: On the go, if you find a beautiful sky, a green tree, or a cute pet, take a photo, keep it open, watch the heart.
These activities, in addition to being easy to do, also help us to rest from the pressure around us and come back to observe our own feelings.
A summary of small pleasures.
Art is not just about beauty. Art can also take great care of our minds. Whether it's painting, painting, taking pictures, or doing anything, it can help us release stress and understand ourselves. Open up art as a friend to solve loneliness, and you can find a small happy space hidden in your heart. ❤️❤️❤️
