Where do you go when you go out alone on your day off?
I don't have any plans on my day off, but I want to go somewhere...
There have been so many things recently,
Nowadays I think that I want to increase the repertoire of going out alone more.
What do you all do for your time?
I can't spend much money, but I wish there was a place where I could go somewhere 🙌
1. Day Trip Onsen
You can take a bath at Kokorku no Yu for 500 yen ♨️
There is a cafeteria next door, so you can eat rice, and there is a bakery nearby, which is my favorite 🙌
2. Eating out alone
I've been able to do it little by little lately ‼️
I wanted to go to Saizeriya ‼️ I want to order wine Magnum someday... lol
And the shrimp salad is really good 🤤
3. Looking for gifts
It's fun to go to a general store and watch things like, "Oh, I'll buy this for you ~ 🫶" 🙌 I like to think about buying something for others, not for myself, and I can show my 💪 lol
4. Standard shopping
Recently, I've really been wearing the same clothes for years.. lol I can't spend much, so I often end up with window shopping 🛍️
5. Bakery tour
I want to go to various bakeries 🥐 I like salt bread the most and I love hard bread ☺️ If you buy it on your day off, you will feel a little better if your favorite bread is waiting for you on a gloomy Monday morning ☝️✨
「休みの日 一人で出かける」って、最初はハードル高く感じるけど、やってみると意外とラクで癒されます。私が“どっか行きたい”気分のときに助けられてる、追加の小ネタをまとめます。 ■ まず決めるのは「目的」じゃなくて「滞在時間」 予定がない休日は、目的をガチガチに決めると疲れがち。私は「90分だけ外に出る」「昼までに帰る」みたいに時間だけ決めます。結果的に、パン工房みたいなパン屋で塩パンを買って帰るだけでも満足度高めです。 ■ お金をかけない“ひとり外出”のコツ ・交通費を抑える：近場の駅を1〜2駅ずらして散歩 ・入店前に予算上限を決める：例）食事は1,000円まで ・買わない前提でOK：ウィンドウショッピングは十分レジャー 「何もしないと罪悪感…」がある人ほど、短時間×低予算で成功体験を作るのがおすすめ。 ■ ひとり外食が不安な日の入り口 私が慣れるまでやった順番は、(1)フードコート→(2)カウンターのある店→(3)ファミレス（サイゼリヤ）でした。注文が決まってると緊張が減るので、定番メニューを作るのも手。サイゼなら小エビのサラダみたいに「これ頼めば満足」枠があると安心です。 ■ 日帰り温泉をもっと快適にする持ち物 ・小さめの化粧水/乳液（湯上がりの乾燥対策） ・薄手のタオル（髪を早く乾かしたい時に便利） ・湯上がりに飲むもの（食堂がある施設だとさらに最高） 近所で安く入れる温泉があると、休日の満足度が一気に上がります。 ■ プレゼント探しは「自分用の下見」も兼ねる 雑貨屋さんでプレゼントを探すとき、私は“次に自分がもらって嬉しいもの”も一緒にメモします。誕生日やお礼のタイミングで迷いにくくなるし、店員さんに話しかけられても「プレゼント探してて…」が言いやすくて気楽です。 ■ 予約なしで楽しめる“ひとり休日”案（追加） ・図書館＋近くのカフェで読書 ・季節の散策（雪景色やイルミネーションなど、見るだけで満足） ・ベーカリーはしご（1軒で買いすぎないのがコツ） ひとり時間って、特別な場所じゃなくても成立するのが良さ。次の「休日 ひとり」の日に、まずは“90分だけ外に出る”から試してみてください。
