My workouts of the day 🏋🏻‍♀️

Day 23 completed! This was my outfit of the day, this is one of my favorites, so comfy and breathable.

For workouts I took a class named Total Strength Plus as my first workout, is a real k!ller class but once I finish, it makes me feel so good.

For my second workout(outdoor) I took the dogs to a field so they could run and sniff and then we went for q walk before leaving, that got them extra tired.

Total calories burnt for the day: 760

Total calories and macros intake:

1045 cal

109g carbs

73g protein

36g Fat

And for my reading time I’m still working on Atomic Habits.

Outdoor activities like walking with pets can significantly enhance mental well-being and promote a healthy lifestyle. For those following similar fitness challenges like #75hardchallenge, tracking your macros and calories can assist in understanding your energy balance. By sorting through different workout intensities, I burnt 760 calories while ensuring that I consumed a nutritious intake of 1045 calories consisting of 109g carbs, 73g protein, and 36g fat. Not only does this approach help in fat loss, but it also encourages muscle retention. Don't forget to complement your workout with the right reading, like 'Atomic Habits', to build consistency and long-term success in your fitness journey!
