Weight loss rewards 😁🤩

Hey there! This is my list of weight loss rewards during and after the 75 Hard Challenge. So the deal is that my husband will gift me this items every time I achieve the goal of each lb lost. I feel that if he gift the items to me I will appreciate them more and think them as rewards and keep me motivated for the next reward until the end because if I pay for it I will get it at any time very impulsively 😅 but I will have more control if he does it, I will earn it.

So first 2 lb down and first gift that I got! (I really needed some socks 😅) and they were more pairs than I expected!!! Love it! Now working to get the next gift! Stay tune to see what book I will pick 😁 I am also open for recommendations 👌🏼

I totally recommend this if you need extra motivation to keep you accountable on your journey whichever journey you are going through.

I’ve found it’s best to categorize rewards based on the effort or milestone achieved. For those initial, smaller wins, like my first 2 lbs lost where I got those much-needed new socks, consider simple yet satisfying treats. Perhaps a new book you've been wanting to read, or maybe a fancy coffee that fits your diet. These small gestures help keep the momentum going without feeling overwhelming. As you hit medium-sized milestones, say 5-10 lbs down, you can start thinking about more indulgent self-care. Based on my reward list, a relaxing manicure or a rejuvenating hair care/facial would be perfect. Imagine celebrating your progress with an hour of pampering! These aren't just material items; they're experiences that make you feel good and appreciate your body's efforts. A professional massage for 15 lbs lost is another fantastic idea – it helps with muscle recovery and stress relief, perfectly complementing a wellness journey. For bigger achievements, like 20 lbs or more, the rewards can become more significant and tied directly to your active lifestyle. Investing in new sportswear that makes you feel confident and comfortable during workouts is a brilliant incentive. Or, if you're feeling adventurous, trying out new activities like aerial classes could be an incredible way to celebrate reaching a major goal. These types of rewards not only motivate you but also enhance your new, healthier lifestyle. It’s crucial to choose rewards that genuinely excite and motivate *you*. What makes you feel special, relaxed, or energized? Make a list of things you love but don't usually splurge on. Involving a partner, like I did, can also add an extra layer of accountability and make the rewards feel even more earned. They become a shared celebration of your dedication. Remember, your weight loss journey isn't just about the numbers on the scale. Celebrate non-scale victories too! Did you fit into an old pair of jeans? Did you complete a challenging workout you never thought you could do? These are equally worthy of recognition. By integrating a thoughtful non-food reward system, you create a positive feedback loop that encourages continuous progress, self-love, and a sustainable healthy lifestyle. It’s about building a better you, one reward at a time.
