Will need: 🍣🫑🥕🍚

salmon, bell peppers, carrots, risotto or quinoa, & seasonings

instructions for salmon: 🍣

- cut however you wish (remove skin if there is any)

- season with salt, pepper, parsley, lemon zest or lemon pepper seasoning, and a dash of paprika

- add olive oil and then bake for 8-15 minutes

instructions for bell peppers and carrots: 🥕 🫑

-wash

- cut carrots and square them off then slice down (Macédoine style)

- cut and take out seeds from bell peppers then cut into thin pieces

- season in bowl with salt and pepper, add olive oil as well

- add to hot pan on high and put lid on top and allow them to steam for a while

- once soft they’re done!

I used the microwaveable kind so i just followed the directions on the packet
