Read more私がいちばん悩んだのが「陣痛バッグと入院バッグ、結局どう分けるのが正解?」ってことでした。結論、当日バタつかないために“使うタイミング”で分けるのが本当におすすめです。 ■陣痛バッグ=受付〜分娩〜産後すぐに使うもの 陣痛が来ると、立って探すだけでしんどいし、痛みの波で判断力も落ちます…。なので陣痛バッグは「ベッドの上で片手で出せる」量に絞りました。 ・産褥ショーツ:子宮口チェックや処置が多いので、脱ぎ履きが圧倒的にラク。会陰切開の傷が怖い時期もストレスが減りました。 ・前開きのマタニティパジャマ:まだ妊婦体型+授乳や診察で前開きが便利。ボタンで留められて赤ちゃんのお世話もしやすかったです。 ・ストロー付きボトル(重り付きだと神):陣痛中は横になりがちで、普通のペットボトルだと飲みにくい…。角度を気にせず飲めるのが助かりました。 ・あたためグッズ:12月出産の私は特に冷えがつらくて、100均カイロだけだとお腹が冷えてストレスに…。羽織り・レッグウォーマー・薄手インナーを1枚入れると安心です。 ・ウェットタイプのおしりふき(またはウェットシート):産後はペーパーで拭くのが無理レベルのことも…。優しく拭き取れるだけでありがたかったです。 ■入院バッグ=入院生活(数日)で使うもの 入院バッグは「病室で落ち着いてから」取り出せるので、少し多めでもOK。 ・出産パジャマ何枚?:私は2〜3枚あると安心でした。汗や悪露で汚れることもあるので、洗えない前提なら多めがラク。前開きタイプが便利です。 ・下着・授乳ブラ・タオル類・スキンケア・充電器などは入院バッグへ。 ■破水セットの使い方(作っておくと焦らない) 破水は「ちょろちょろ」でも来るので、玄関に小袋でセット化がおすすめ。 ・大きめナプキン(または産褥パッド) ・ビニール袋(濡れた下着入れ) ・替えの下着1枚 ・タオル1枚 これをポーチにまとめて、陣痛バッグの上に置いておくと一瞬で持てます。 ■陣痛中の軽食おすすめ 私は「食べられる時に食べる」が正解でした。 ・一口ゼリー、ウィダー系 ・小さめおにぎり、カロリーメイト ・塩分タブレット(汗をかく人は特に) においが強いものは避けると安心です。 最後に、バッグの大きさは“探しやすさ”優先で。陣痛バッグは小さめ〜中くらい(サッと開けて見渡せるもの)、入院バッグはボストンやキャリーでOKでした。自分が「痛くても取り出せるか?」で最終チェックしてみてください。
