Read more私も出産準備の際に、つい赤ちゃん専用の便利グッズに目がいきがちでした。しかし実際に使ってみると、専用品ではなくても十分役に立つものが多いと感じました。例えば、赤ちゃん用洗濯洗剤にこだわらず、界面活性剤が控えめで無添加の大人用洗剤を使用したところ、肌トラブルもなく快適に過ごせました。また、おむつゴミ箱は専用品が高価ですが、オムニウッティのようなシンプル設計のゴミ箱でも匂いを防げて部屋にも馴染みやすかったです。 さらに、おむつごみ袋には高価な専用袋を使うよりも、パン袋や消臭機能付きの普通のごみ袋で十分対応できました。おむつ替えシートもペット用の使い捨てシートがコスパ良く、衛生面でも安心して使えます。沐浴に関しては、肌着や大判おくるみで代用することで場所も節約でき、赤ちゃんの安心感を保てました。 温度計や調乳ポットは最初は必要かなと思いましたが、お湯の温度を給湯器で調整したり、普通のケトルやウォーターサーバーで十分代用可能で、長く使うものではなかったので準備せずに済みました。授乳ケープに関しても、大判の肌触りの良いおくるみとクリップで簡単に自作でき、かわいい柄のものを選べて気に入っています。 このように、赤ちゃん専用グッズは便利ですが、必ずしも全てを揃える必要はありません。使いやすさやコスト、収納のしやすさも考えながら、自分や赤ちゃんに合ったグッズを選ぶことが大切だと実感しています。実際の育児の中で足りないものは買い足せばよいので、出産準備は無理せず必要最低限のものでスタートするのがおすすめです。赤ちゃんとの新しい生活の準備に、ぜひ参考にしてみてくださいね。
