A failed system of USA Government
Why doesn't the three house system of government, the Whitehouse, House of Senate and of the totally not needed or wanted house of Represenitives fail to function efficiently. Let me tell you why the representatives all ready exist in every state. No need for them to exist twice that's what senators are for to speak to thier state level representatives and go back to DC and push forth iniatives and agendas that their state needs. but we have rampant frivolous spending and to many branches of government being created which only means more spending by you guessed it the House of represenitves. Eliminate that house and empower the states to delegate money where needed in amounts determined by the Senators and approved by the White House. a true two house system as it is said to be. Currently it only creates Redundncy, Hipocrecy and Animosity. Represenitives spend spend spend frivolously supporting the offices or branches they have created which in turn impose unwanted and Unneeded restrictions and guidelines justifying their exsistence. Osha has driven up the cost of constructing of new business buildings 300 percent or more since the early 90's with all these ridiculous safety requirements and who pays for this added cost? The consumers via way of higher prices for goods and services charged to offset the cost of the construction. Represeitves never have a moral majority or all the state Represenitives in the house to actually pass laws and agendas as is required but yet they delegate billions and billions of dollars justifying there existence. It's insanity, needs to be totally done away with and the Senate can delegate the money approved by the Whitehouse
