These sourdough cookies turned out so delicious! They are made with active starter and they had the best crunch on the outside while still being super fluffy on the inside. Definitely would recommend for anybody who does not like super sweet desserts😁 🍪 Sourdough Chocolate Chip Cookies (grams)

This sourdough was so good it was basically like dessert! It had a great crust and the crumb was pretty fluffy. The one thing I wish would have been different would have been for the chocolate chips to be evenly spread through the loaf instead of all clumped up on 1 side. #sourdough #chocolates

My first ever loaf came out way better than expecting, the successful parts were that it was fully cooked with a great crispy crust, the part that needs improvement is the crumb. It tasted great but it came out dense and kinda gummy. This was a fun recipe to try, I’ll definitely be making it again
