my guidebook to health & wellness (college)

here’s my guidebook for health and wellness for spring 2025. ive been on a majorrrr wellness journey lately, so these are some of my tips and tricks on starting yours today!

1. matcha & “clean girl” cafe’s

you know that i’m a huge advocate for romanticizing your life. it keeps it fun and honestly makes you feel so much better. I love finding new matcha cafe’s in the city, I recently found matchaful and it has the most fun matcha drinks with clean ingredients. it also has a cute little health and wellness shopping area. its honestly my dream cafe.

2. hitting my move goal early in the day.

it’s a universal fact that getting up in the morning and working out makes you feel a 1000 times more productive with your day. that being said hitting my move goal with a good workout in the morning really sets the tone for your day and will make you feel super accomplished by the end of it.

3. self help books

i’ve been really loving the “art of self love” book on my kindle, as well as “atomic habits” and “the subtle art of not giving a fu**” they’ve all got great information on a variety of things you can do to improve your health both inside and out.

4. juice shots in the morning

I used to HATE juice shots, especially the straight ginger ones, and spoiler alert I still do hate them but it really makes me feel fresh and clean after I take them along with my probiotic coconut yogurt. However I will say trader joes has ones that actually taste really good so look there too.

remember you don’t have to follow a guidebook when it comes to your own health and wellness journey. what works for me might not work for you and thats okay, we’re all at different stages and need different things to make us feel our best!
