I’ve been seeing more comments and DMs about how I “look different” or how I’ve “lost weight” and I want to make 1 thing clear: the last 2 years I have fought some of the hardest battles with my autoimmune chronic conditions. There were points I was covered 80% belly button up in eczema and I got to the lowest point of my health with nowhere to turn.

I still showed up online so while it might not have been obvious to all, I was struggling and fighting every single day. When I hit what I would call the rock bottom both physically and mentally I took control back and started making drastic changes to my lifestyle:

• 90% whole food based diet

• No alcohol

• Walking every. single. day.

• Weight training 4-5x/week

• Good sleep hygiene

• Supplementing my body with the nutrients it was lacking

• Reaching out to skin & mental health doctors for medication to aid my healing

• Giving myself so much grace and stepping away from anything that wasn’t serving me anymore

I’m still in this ever evolving healing journey but I wanted to be transparent about what I’ve been doing to heal and what being more happy in a body that I’ve felt at war with for so long means to me. 🫶🏼

And if you are currently in any sort of healing journey I see you and am cheering you on!
