For me, starting early around 4:30 to 6:00 AM helps me harness a peaceful, undisturbed time to focus or simply enjoy a moment of calm. During this time, a good nutritious drink is a must—I've recently been loving Muscle Milk OLIPO and the refreshing taste of Orange Ice.
