The combination of healthy fats from the avocado and antioxidants from the berries gave me ample energy for the morning without any crash. For lunch, I opted for a light and colorful quesadilla filled with mozzarella cheese, mini bell peppers, and cucumbers. The light ranch dressing added just enough creaminess without overwhelming the fresh vegetable flavors. These crunchy vegetables paired so well with the warm, melty cheese – it’s a perfect meal for both flavor and nutrients. As a snack, I reached for garden veggie straws with a spicy kick and some juicy strawberries. The spicy straws satisfy my craving for something crunchy and flavorful while the strawberries provide a natural sweetness and vitamin boost. Dinner was a soothing bowl of chicken soup with sweet potato, squash, tomato, and white rice. This homemade soup is not only comforting but also nutrient-dense, offering protein from the chicken and complex carbohydrates from the sweet potato and rice. It’s an excellent way to end the day, balancing warmth and nourishment. Using ingredients like Stōk decaf cold brew and Premier Protein shakes helped me get enough protein without added sugars.
